Distinguish container preparation from component presentation
Identify whether the project needs to prepare a bottle, orient a container, feed a closure or separate flat items. These are different functions even when they appear close together in a packaging line. Describe the incoming item and the condition required at the receiving machine.
For a multi-stage project, draw the sequence from storage to the first controlled operation. Include how bottles or components are replenished, where unsuitable items are removed and what happens when the next machine stops. This helps the shortlist include the actual feeding and handling work rather than one isolated device.
Starting condition
Show bulk, tray, upright or manually placed presentation as applicable.
Accepted handover
State orientation, preparation condition and receiving-machine requirements separately.
Is a rotary feed table interchangeable with every bottle unscrambler?
Compare the starting presentation and required orientation. The proposed route must perform the specific handling task, not simply share a bottle-feeding description.
