Choose liquid filling equipment around your product's viscosity, the amount per fill, container shape and required output. Compare the models below, then share those details for an application-based quotation.
Six‑nozzle automatic piston filler for viscous products like cream, pesto or béchamel. Select a cylinder module (5–100 to 1000–5000 ml) and run precise volumetric fills.
High‑speed servo piston filler with following nozzles that track bottles on the move. Set volume directly on the touchscreen; electric‑eye detection and a feeding pump help maintain accuracy at speed.
Servo‑controlled peristaltic filler with touch HMI. Dosing volume is set directly on the screen—no need to time the fill. Four peristaltic channels keep product inside disposable tubing for rapid changeovers.
Equipped with gear pump, this liquid filling machine can work automatically. The machine can fill about 30 bottles/min (at 5L). Each filling nozzle of this machine can be controlled separately.
Manufactured for Lancing, GD series constant pressure filler is an advanced level bottle-filling machine which is designed and developed to offer consistent and reliable operation.
Automatic filling platform engineered for flammable solvents in zoned environments. Explosion‑protected electricals and pneumatic actuation reduce ignition risks and support compliance.
Automatic gravity filler engineered for corrosive liquids like bleach, acids and fertilizers. Non‑metal wetted parts (PP/PTFE/PVC) protect product quality and machine life.
Corrosion‑resistant PP construction and diving nozzles for bleach, disinfectants and other aggressive liquids. Built on a proven platform with configurable heads and PLC control.
Fully pneumatic, double‑head filler engineered for corrosive liquids like toilet cleaner and acids. All wetted parts are plastic to resist HCl and similar chemicals.
Single‑nozzle peristaltic filler with integrated scale for higher accuracy. Designed for inks, perfumes and essential oils where weight feedback improves consistency.
Explosion‑proof weigh‑fill station for flammable solvents like acetone, thinners and gasoline. Ex‑proof control box and spray‑proof discharge ensure safe, repeatable fills.
Automatic 4‑head diaphragm‑pump filler for gels, shampoo and detergents. Large 40 L/min flow rate supports ≈30–45 bpm with four independently controlled nozzles.
The Roto Lube pump filling machine has advantage of high accuracy when filling thick liquid or paste like jam, noodle pulp, meat stuffing, tomato paste etc.It is widely used in food, cosmetics, daily chemical industries.
Desktop automatic peristaltic filler with 4 nozzles. Each head has an independent pump (≈60 W) delivering up to ≈4000 ml/min; ≈30–50 bpm depending on bottle and liquid.
Overflow Vacuum Fillers are designed to fill to a level rather than to dispense a specific volume of liquid. Ideal for applications with inconsistent glass bottles where the level at the neck of the bottles must be the same in successive packs.
Pneumatic piston filler for liquids and pastes. Multiple cylinder ranges from 5–100 ml up to 1000–5000 ml; dual nozzles with anti‑drip deliver ≈10–50 bpm.
Bench‑friendly gear‑pump filler with built‑in weighing. High flow (up to 36 L/min) handles oils and thicker liquids. Set a target weight for simple, accurate fills.

Compare liquid-filling routes using the same product condition
Send a representative liquid and explain its condition at the point of filling, including any variation across the batch. State the smallest and largest quantity required and show the container opening. A comparison is more useful when each proposed filler is assessed against the same product, pack and acceptance method.
Include the interval after dosing, when the bottle moves towards closing or labelling. Record drips, foam or product on the neck as separate observations from the measured fill. Ask the proposal to explain the product-feed and shut-off arrangements included for the intended configuration.
Dosing evidence
Agree the measurement method and retain samples from the relevant fill range.
Production context
Include batch size, refill method, cleaning change and the next machine in the line.
Is nominal fill volume the only basis for choosing a liquid filler?
No. Product behaviour, container access, accepted fill result, cleaning and the complete operating method also affect the shortlist.
