Compare the available conveyors & accumulation systems and review each model at a glance. Share your pack format, product and production requirement and a Lancing engineer can help identify the right configuration.
Flexible U‑shaped chain conveyor to optimise space and keep bottles moving through tight layouts. Custom length, width and height with adjustable speed for smooth integration.
Rotary infeed turntable for feeding bottles onto the production line. Model reference LULP800 with 800 mm plate (10 rpm), capacity up to 2400–3600 bph. Handles bottle diameters 20–100 mm and heights 30–120.

Match the conveyor route to the handovers it must make
Draw the machines or workstations at either end of the proposed conveyor and mark their product-supporting heights. Show the smallest and least stable pack at each transfer. This gives the conveyor enquiry a practical interface requirement beyond overall length and width.
If accumulation is needed, describe the interruption it is intended to cover and the condition in which products may wait. Include how the queue is released to the next machine or operator. Keep transfer, buffering and line-control responsibilities visible in the requested quotation.
Handling sample
Provide the actual pack in its empty or filled condition at that conveyor stage.
Layout scope
Mark bends, access, guide adjustments and the existing equipment that must stay in position.
Should a conveyor be chosen only after the main machines?
Review the handovers during machine selection. Transfers, heights, controls and operating space can affect which equipment arrangement is practical.
