Machine overview

This automatic servo-driven packaging machine packs the commodity with nitrogen, dynamically weighs and price calculates through a computer. The price information is printed on the label in real time, and the label is then attached to the package.

Nitrogen Filling Structure The machine should work with nitrogen tank or nitrogen generator, which should be bought separately.

End Sealing & Cutting Structure The cutting length, sealing temperature and sealing time can be adjusted according to different packaging films.

Intuitive Operation Panel

This system has data storage function. The language of panel can be customised.

Weighing scale

Can realize dynamic weighing of products and price calculation.

Printing Structure

Can print price, barcode, QR code, logo, pattern, character on labels automatically.
