Machine overview

The linear tracking capping machine consists of a servo bottle clamping conveying mechanism, a reciprocating servo following capping mechanism, an electrical control system and a frame. It can complete the capping and quickly reset during the bottle conveying process, and repeat the capping action after grabbing the cap, effectively improving work efficiency.

Control Panel Touch screen operation panels makes parameter setting and machine debugging more convenient.

Reciprocating Tracking Capping Mechanism Servo motor controls capping structure to track bottles and capping, it can reach 50-80BPM.

Electric Eye This can detect passing by bottles and control machine to process capping work automatically.

Vibratory Bowl Sorter This makes bottles be in order, it is customzable based on cap size.

Electric Circuit Electric circuits are connected neatly to ensure machine work stably.
