Machine overview

This labelling machine is designed for labelling stickers on upper and bottom flat surface at the same time, this can improve working efficiency greatly and reduce production error. It is widely used in daily chemical, cosmetics, food and beverage industries.

Through PLC control panel, it is easy to set or adjust working parameters. The language of panel can be customised as your need.

Equipped with two labelling structures, it can be used for top and bottom labelling on products. The two structures can be controlled separately. Working height can be adjusted according to product size.

The component is designed for pressing products, making that they can be labeled well. Ensure labelling quality.

With intelligent label sensor, it can detect labels accurately, preventing from missing or wasting labels. The sensitivity of it can be adjusted according to production need.
