Machine overview

This automatic bottle labelling machine is designed for wrap-around labelling, as well as single or double-sided labelling on hexagonal bottles. It can be seamlessly integrated with filling and capping machines, automatically detecting bottles and applying labels with precision. Widely used in the food industry, it is ideal for packaging products such as fruit jam and hot sauce.

The touch screen control panel is more convenient to adjust machine parameter like labelling speed, label outputting length. We can customize the control panel in different kinds of languages, if you need this please contact us.

Mainly designed for wrapping around labelling on hexagonal bottles. The pressing structure will fix bottles and bottom rotating structure will rotate bottles and finish labelling work. It is also suitable for the single side and double sides labelling.
