Machine overview

This small round bottle labelling machine is suitable for labelling self-adhesive stickers on round bottles, the labelling structure is consist of two labelling belt, the sticker will be labeled during transporting. This kind of labelling method can improve working efficiency greatly.

The operation panel offers user-friendly controls for easy testing and operation. The label separating speed is adjustable, and the delay time for label release can be set as needed. Two side knobs allow precise adjustment of both labelling speed and conveyor speed, ensuring optimal performance for different applications.

The label separating plate precisely peels off each sticker, which is then applied by the labelling belt during bottle transport. The soft labelling belt ensures smooth application without air bubbles, significantly enhancing labelling quality.
