Machine overview

The LANCING jar capping machine is built for automatic capping of jars and bottles used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, daily chemical and seasoning production. It features dual capping heads with servo motor control, allowing torque settings to be adjusted for different cap requirements. Pneumatic grippers ensure stable cap passing and help shorten changeover times. This machine can reach approximately 2100-2300 BPH and supports parameter data storage, so saved parameters can be recalled when switching between different specification. By changing specific tooling parts, it can accommodate different bottle diameters and cap sizes. The machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with an automatic cap elevator for continuous cap feeding.
