Machine overview

This yoghurt cup cover pressing machine operates in conjunction with a cap elevator to achieve automated cap feeding and pressing. It is widely used in dairy production. Additionally, this capping machine can be integrated with a filling machine and pasteurization tank to enable fully automated production.

Control Panel Makes parameter setting more intuitively, multi kinds of language are customizable.

Cap Elevator Designed for feeding caps in time, it saves working labor. Customizable as needed.

Capping Structure Using suction cups to pass covers and press it onto cups, ensures capping accuracy.

Electric Eye Can detect passing by cups and finished cap pressing work, it can integrate with filling lines.

Independent Electric Box This helps maintain machine stability for precise operation & easier maintenance.
