Machine overview

This automatic lotion filling line integrates bottle unscrambler, 4-head servo tracking filling machine, capping machine, cap inspection system, and weighing sorter. It realizes continuous, precise, and high-speed packaging for liquid products of body lotion, detergent with full automation and smart quality control.

Starwheel It is customizable based on bottle size, inside light makes operation more convenient.

Synchronized Tracking Filling Anti-dripping filling nozzles move in sync with the bottles on the conveyor belt, allowing dynamic filling.

Servo Gear Pump Filling volume is digitally set via the touch screen. Servo-driven motion ensures high filling accuracy.

Cap Sorting Unit It rotates its base and wall to align caps, using sensors to reject misaligned ones for quieter, more efficient operation.
