Machine overview

This automatic filling production line consists of bottle turntable, automatic filling machine, cap feeder, capping machine, labelling machine and bottle sorting machine, which is suitable for automatic bottle packaging of various liquids (we also have the filling machine for paste). Our filling line is widely used in cosmetics, chemicals fields. Professionally customised machines for your production.

With anti dripping function, can control each nozzle separately. We also have the 2/6/8 nozzles filling machine, please send us message if you need it.

Anti-dripping groove help to clean the machine easily, make sure the machine is clean and works better. Bottle separating plate,can separate bottles accurately, can prevent from leaking and wasting bottles.

With bottle cap feeder which can feed lids before capping bottle. This one needs to be customised according to cap size…
