Description This production line is specifically designed for manufacturers using plastic bottles as packaging material. The machine operates through 16 sequential stations, with the main unit driving the mould of a 16-station turntable. The process involves: bottle loading by the mechanical arm, inspection, automatic filling, automatic capping, cap inspection, automatic cap tightening, and finally, automatic ejection of the finished product. It is widely used in daily chemical, beverage, cosmetics industries.
Equipment production speed, fault display, completed workload, etc. are directly displayed on the operation panel. Equipment working parameter settings are completed directly on the operation panel. The operator can observe the operation of the equipment and conveniently detect the equipment at any time.
