Machine overview

This filling line is consist of desktop filling machine, capping machine and labelling machine. The desktop design can save working space and good for small scale production. Automatic operation reduce production labor and error.

There are 4 filling nozzles and each one of them can be controlled separately.The height of filling nozzle can be changed by adjusting bracket height.

Made of high quality stainless steel magnetic pump,this kind of pump requires little maintenance and has the advantage of high accuracy which makes it good for filling solution, essential oil,ink etc.

This machine is with electric eyes,can prevent from missing bottles,reduce the working error,the sensitivity of the electric eye can be adjusted by the black machine part during working.
